No. We email you a one-time sign-in link. Open it on your phone and you're in.

Yes. The date, time, place, design, wishlist and settings can all be edited, and the link stays the same. If you change the date, guests who already said yes are asked to confirm they're still coming.

Anyone you send the link to. The link has a random code so it can't be guessed, and party pages are hidden from search engines. Only you and any co-hosts you invite see guests' notes and contact details.

Add gift ideas with an optional store link. After a guest says yes, they can reserve a gift so nobody brings the same thing. Other guests only see that it's taken; you can see who reserved it.

No. If you'd like cash gifts, you can show your Venmo or Zelle details and guests pay you directly. Birfy never touches the money.

Yes. Open the party, tap Co-hosts and invite them by email. Choose Manage (edit the party and see guests) or Full access (also cancel the party). They sign in with that email to accept. Only you can delete the party or change co-hosts, and guests don't see co-hosts.

After the party, guests can add up to 20 photos each from the party link, for a week. You approve each photo before other guests see it, and guests can look at the album for 30 days. You keep the photos for a year and can download them all at once; we email you two weeks before they're deleted.

Open the party from My parties. “Cancel this party” keeps the page up with a notice for guests. “Delete this party” removes it completely. You can also delete your whole account from Account.

No. Just open the link, tap yes or no and enter your name, plus your email if you're coming.

On the same phone, open the party link and tap “Change my RSVP”. On a different phone, tap “Already replied? Change my RSVP” and we'll email you a 6-digit code, if you left your email when you replied. If you didn't, message the host and they can update it for you.

Yes. On the party page, tap “Change my RSVP”, then “Remove my reply” at the bottom. Guest details are also removed automatically 90 days after the party.

Open the party link after the party and tap Add your photos. No account is needed and your name isn't shown. The host approves photos before other guests see them, and you can remove your own from the same phone. Guests can view the album but not download it.

Other guests may see your initials and a count of who's coming, if the host turns that on. Your note, contact details and which gift you reserved are visible only to the host.
